Laurie and Jamie started fake dating with one bed and no sex。 I didn’t hate it but I have to admit the pace was just way too slow for me。 I enjoyed that Laurie needed to rediscover herself after an 18 year relationship breakup and Jamie is not the “playboy” that everyone painted him as。 British， clean， contemporary， rom-com

I found it a little tough to get immersed in the story since this is British， but it was enjoyable nonetheless。 It was very cute， with some genuine heartfelt moments， and I can’t say I really disliked anything。 There just wasn’t a huge “wow” factor， just nice， reliable rom com。
